Gerald Henderson vs Tyler Hansbrough

In case you missed the game, the Tarheels won the war, but Duke won the battle. Heres the video of Gerald Henderson tagging Tyler Hansbrough.

Flagrant? Absolutely. Intentional? Mmmmmmmmmm, hard to say. His eyes are more or less pointed down at the time of impact. Personally I think he was trying to get down and out of the way, but in the end it is what it is. A one game suspension is appropriate whether the blow was intentional or not.

I am talking in terms of the game. Battle being Gerald Henderson vs Tyler Hansbrough, war being the game. Im the idiot? "Dook"?

Yeah, anonymous you are the idiot, because you can't spell "Duke." Also, it's a stretch to say that Duke has been a dirty program for "decades."

When I first saw the foul, I thought it was just an accident and not worthy of a suspension. Now, I'm a little more skeptical. Sometimes it's really tough to judge someone's intention.

It was a reckless flailing arm, but it is hard to look at slow-mo and judge .02 of a second for "intent". However, I did notice the ball was where Henderson aimed his swat just before the other Duke guy grabbed the ball from behind Hansborough. Plus, Henderson's eyes are closed from the time he rears back his arm until he hits Hansborough.
I'm no fan of Duke, but Hansborough has been guilty of throwing knees, elbows and other body parts in the paint.
